MultiPlan’s Technology Leadership Program (TLP) enriches college graduates’ technical education with intensive real-world experience. Working as full-time employees, TLP Associates can discover their interests and chart their career path through exposure to several IT disciplines. Guided by mentors and advised by executive leadership, TLP Associates gain insight that is rare for entry level employees. TLP Associates also receive specialized leadership training to help propel them along the executive career path.
After completing this three-year program, which begins each July, TLP Associates have the option of being placed in the area of their choosing within MultiPlan.
