About the Rural Health Grant
Since 1995, MultiPlan’s Rural Health Grant has been providing financial resources to help healthcare providers in rural areas. Recipients have utilized their award to introduce or expand services, education, screenings and other programs aimed at improving the health of the people in their communities. The grant is available to eligible hospitals, rural health clinics and federally qualified health centers participating in a MultiPlan provider network.

How much is the award?
The total amount to be awarded will not exceed $40,000. The grant may be distributed to one applicant or among multiple applicants at the discretion of the grant committee.

May I submit more than one application for consideration?
No. Applicants may submit only one program for consideration per year.
